1. The Personal Data We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of personal data about you:

  • Identity and Contact Data: Name, email address, company name, address, and phone number.
  • Transactional Data: Information related to your subscription, payments, and billing details. We do not store your full payment card details; this information is securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe.

  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our websites and software, such as the features you access and your activity within the system.

We do not knowingly collect or process any Sensitive Personal Information, as defined by data protection laws (e.g., race, religion, health data), unless it is voluntarily provided by you and is necessary to perform a service you have explicitly requested.

2. Our Lawful Basis for Processing Your Data

We process your personal data for the following purposes, relying on a specific lawful basis as required by GDPR:

  • Performance of a Contract: To provide our software services, manage your account, process payments, and fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
  • Legitimate Interest: To improve our services, understand user behavior, and provide you with relevant product updates. We do this in a way that is necessary for our business and does not override your fundamental rights.
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with legal processes, respond to government requests, and adhere to court orders as required by law.
  • Consent: For sending you certain marketing communications. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

3. How We Share Your Data

We will not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. We may share your information with trusted third parties who act as our Data Processors to help us operate our business, but only for the purposes described in this policy. These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data.

  • Service Providers: We use service providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and database management, and Stripe for payment processing.
  • Support Partners: We may share your data with our local partners and agents to provide you with local support services.

We may also disclose your personal data to third parties if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users.

4. International Data Transfers

As a global cloud software company, your personal data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside of the UK, the European Economic Area (EEA), and California, specifically within our AWS-hosted infrastructure in Sweden (EU) and the United States (US).

We take all necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. We use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to protect your privacy rights and ensure a legally compliant data transfer. By using our services, you consent to this data transfer.
